Allow updating the storage policy while a model is locked

Currently, when a model is locked, the storage policy field becomes read-only and cannot be modified.

This restriction doesn't seem necessary, updating the storage policy shouldn't have any impact on a locked model's integrity or behaviour.

    Thank you for your feedback.

    After discussion with the product team, we have decided to limit the locking to options that impact the response of the model.

    Since the processing options (zone, delete, lifetime) have no impact on the response, these will now be modifiable even on locked models.

    We’ll update this ticket as the work progresses.

      Just to plan on our side: do you have a rough idea of the timeline? If it's likely to land
      within the next month or so, we'd rather wait than start duplicating models. No rush, just trying to avoid unnecessary work.

        It will not take more than a month do ship the feature, more like a couple weeks if not sooner.

        Hi, the feature has been merged into our codebase and should be deployed to production in a couple days.
