This is crazy, i cannot upgrade from starter to pro without “contact sales” - you should fix something like that quickly. People need to have an ability to change based on development times, not waiting for replies and then having to fill out a multi-page document that has nothing at all to do with my need to upgrade my plan. Please upgrade my account to pro and fix the ability to upgrade online in my own account management please.
