API Error - Too many pages

Sending financial statements to API for extraction. Using small statements of only 6 pages (of which, only 4 are actual data) it works fine. Sending a full month statement of 15 pages gets a Too Many Pages error when doing it signed in, using the Live interface to see how the model is performing. What can be done to fix this error on my end? Using Python.
