Max retry async calls reached

Bug Report

I have moved all my applications to V2 of Mindee. In recreating my models i am creating a new bank statement model. The statements have 1 to 10 and 1 to 15 pages. The model was going well and after creating a single transaction object to extract credits and debits, i am now getting “max retry async calls reached” and stopping me from getting the results. What did i do wrong?

    Is this error appearing in the Live Test or through the API?

      Hi - it was through the Live Test. However i changed the structure and was able to make it go away. I’ll have to do some coding changes to work with the new structure, but as long as it gets more accurate over time, i can make it work.

      What is the cause of such an error? I will have some large documents sent with 15 - 20 pages each time, having many items to return. Is there an upper limit i should know about now?

        Hi, 10-15 pages should be doable. It does depend on the number of values to return for each row/item.

        If you get timeout problems on the Live Test, you can try with API access, either using polling and adjusting the TO value, or by using webhooks.
