Hi,

I was trialling Mindee and created a custom UK bank statement model, although when I try connecting a HTTP Make module, I am getting a 404 error code in Make.

Is this because I am not a paid user or on a trial anymore with yourselves ?

    Hi, what is the Mindee URL you are using in Make?

      Thanks for your response.

      The Mindee URL I’m currently using in Make is ;

      https://api.mindee.net/v1/products/custom/8ea43be8-5900-468c-94dd-acce33ac0499f/predict

      This model ID was taken directly from my API documentation page in the Mindee app (screenshot available if needed). I’m using an API key generated from the same organization.

      I’m consistently receiving a 404 Not Found error when calling this endpoint — even when testing via Postman.

      Could you confirm:

      1. Is this the correct endpoint format for custom models, or should I be using the v2 endpoint (https://api-v2.mindee.net/v2/inferences/enqueue)?

      2. Does my model need to be explicitly published to be accessible via API, and if so, how can I confirm if it’s published?

        Hi,

        Thanks for the details.

        Yes, you need to use the v2 API when using the new platform.

        Only the v2 has support specifying model IDs.

          Thanks for the response.

          I cannot log into platform.mindee.com and there is no sign-up option. Can you activate my account on v2 or provide my model_id for v2?

                Hi Maxime,

                Sorry I am confused, so the app version the link takes me too is already the V2 version ?

                Do I need to physically sign up now my trial has ended and start paying to access my model ID from the app/v2 version ?
