When upgrading to Starter / Pro / Business, there is currently no option to enter an EU VAT number for company purchases, meaning VAT is always included in the final amount instead of being exempted for eligible EU VAT-registered companies.

    You should be able to update this information in your billing page.

    Click on “Manage Subscription” in your billing page, click on “Update Information”, and then fill in your “Tax ID”:
